Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pasadena, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and library.
The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Citywide Roof Replacement Project. The scope of work for this project includes the removal of existing roofing materials where needed, repair of substructures as needed, installation of new roofing systems, and compliance with applicable building codes and environmental standards of four City owned buildings. Scope of work is to include cleaning and preparation of the existing roof system system for the application of the Weatherweld R16-30A roof system. New applied roofing system shall be Weatherweld's seamless reinforced roof system or approved equal. Removals and/or repairs are needed at the following City owned buildings.
