The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division seeks a vendor to perform monthly field maintenance at two park locations. Award will be based on the lowest price. This solicitation is intended to result in a three year contract with two additional one year options, Bidders must provide pricing on all line items to be considered responsive. Any incomplete bid will be ruled unresponsive and may not be considered for an award. Bids will be received via the City's eProcurement Portal. Bidders are required to submit all items listed in the Submittals/Checklist. Addenda shall be acknowledged via the City's eProcurement Portal. If there is a mandatory pre-bid meeting, bidders are required to attend at the specified time, date, and location. Bidders must possess and provide a C-27 license or certification to be deemed qualified to perform the work. An electronic bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond meeting City requirements must accompany all bids. Bidders must provide required information for the City to verify the bond with their bid. Failure to return a signed contract with all required attachments may result in award to the next lowest bidder.
