Renovation of an educational facility in Kosciusko, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials as required by the drawings and specifications for the Attala County School District Career and Technical Center Exterior Improvements. Single stipulated sum bids are to be submitted for all work as required by the contract documents according to the instructions to bidders. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi law and hold current Certificates of Responsibility as issued by law. Bids may be submitted electronically as a PDF file or as sealed paper bids. Both methods require including the bidder's company name, company address, and Certificate of Responsibility number. Bid documents are available via paper copy or a digital PDF, and plan holders must register and order documents online. Proposals must be submitted on the specified form and must be accompanied by bid security in the required form and amount. Question Deadline 11/04/2025 Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Project Manual or be in doubt as to their written meaning, he must immediately notify the Architect in writing. Questions received less than 48 hours before schedule time of opening bids cannot be answered The Project consists of the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to construct and ready for operation Attala County School District Career & Technical Center Exterior Improvements and all associated construction within the time stated and in strict accordance with the construction documents
