Contact at city for questions- email is: bhowell@mtpleasant-tn.gov Renovation and reconfiguring of approximately 4,700 sf of an existing approximately 19,670 sf building. including: a. replacement of interior and exterior finishes. b. reconfiguration of large assembly space to create a new corridor with two smaller assembly rooms. c. kitchen equipment renovation including an additional commercial range and hood. 2. reconfigured spaces represent <50% of the existing floor area as defined by the prescriptive method per chapter 3 and 5 of the 2021 iebc. 3. alterations are defined as alteration-level 2 per section 603 of the 2021 iebc. 4. project is not in a flood hazard area per fema maps. 5. fire protection alteration design drawings to be included as a deferred submittal.
