Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Western University, which consists of campuses located at California, Clarion, & Edinboro, intends to contract to have a number of firms available to perform a variety of design professional services for the following o Architectural Firms o MEP Engineering Firms o Site Civil Firms o Structural Engineering Firms o Civil and or Environmental Firms o Specialty Roofing Design Firms o Special Inspections & Structural Inspection Firms This RFP provides interested professionals with sufficient information to prepare and submit their firm's capabilities for the services desired by the University. The professional services include planning, feasibility study, design, bid document preparation, bid participation, construction administration and closeout responsibilities. Services shall be performed as described by the PA State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), or Commonwealth University policies and procedures, governing design and construction projects. Services include, but are not limited to the appropriate architectural, engineering and consulting disciplines described in the RFP. The University encourages responses from small diverse businesses, and firms, which have not previously worked for the above referenced Universities or Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, and will consider joint ventures, which will enable these firms to participate in University professional services contracts.
