Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
1) The City anticipates commencing a design and construction methodology which requires intense collaboration with the City and the selected Design-Builder and requests Proposers assess their readiness for this level of cooperation. 2) We are seeking a Design-Builder with whom we can partner to develop the ultimate solutions for this Project. The combination of the Design-Builder team members (including the design professionals, consultants, and general contractor) along with early trade partner input is a powerful tool in project delivery and we intend to incorporate all of the value possible from these creative groups. The selected Design-Builder will need to commit to achieving the greatest good possible utilizing this approach. Deadline for Questions and Protest of Specifications: No later than 2:00 p.m. (Pacific): Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 Proposals from experienced design-build teams to provide Progressive Design-Build services for the Ronler Fire Bathroom Remodel.
