Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue intends to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) on or around November 12, 2025, for the Progressive Design-Build for the Remodel/Renovation of existing Fire Stations 17 and 19. Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue seeks written proposals from qualified Progressive Design-Build firms with recent experience in the design, development and construction of fire stations. Summary: Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue will seek written proposals from qualified Progressive Design-Build teams that have recent experience in the design, development, and construction of fire stations to provide the necessary progressive design-build (PDB) services for Station 17 located at 31370 NW Commercial St North Plains, OR 97133 and Station 19 located at 15200 SW Midway Road Hillsboro, OR 97123. Project: The purpose of this project is to complete a renovation of the existing fire stations 17 & 19 to support the operational, health, and safety needs of line staff while ensuring the facility aligns with current and future service delivery requirements. The remodel will address deficiencies in space, functionality, and building systems; extend the useful life of the facility; and provide accommodations that support firefighter wellness, training, and operational readiness.
