Clean Water Services (District) is seeking to purchase the following goods as part of the Butternut Creek Pump Station Forcemain Project No. 7328 (Project): 1) 2880-Linear Feet of 24-inch IPS DR11 Green Stripe HDPE Pipe and Fittings; 2) 100-Linear Feet of 4-inch IPS DR11 Green Stripe HDPE Pipe and Fittings; 3) One (1) 90-degree bend (4-inch IPS DR11). It is the bidder's responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker's website to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding the opportunity. It is not District's responsibility to notify participating bidders by email or by any other means of any of the above. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
