Bids Are to Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the Amount of 10% of the Bid. Ontelaunee Town- Ship Reserves the Right to Re- Ject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof, and to Accept Any Bid, or Portion of Bid, and the Right to Waive Any Immaterial Defects in the Bidding Pro- Cess, Which in Its Judgment is in the Best Interest of the Township. Ontelaunee Town- Ship and Their Representatives Are Not Responsible for Bids Mailed but Not Received. Notice is Given to Bidders That Construction of This Project is Being Funded, in Part by a Pennsylvania Common- Wealth Financing Authority, Local Share Account Grant. Successful Bidder, and Its Subcontractor(S) Shall Com- Ply With Conditions and Regu- Lations Set Forth in the Grant Agreement. Prevailing Wage Determina- Tions Are in Effect for This Project as Set Forth in the Bid Documents. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof, During Which Time the Township May Review the Bids and Investi- Gate Bidder Qualifications. The Ontelaunee Township Board of Supervi- Sors Will Review and Award, Reject or Table the Bids at Their Meeting to Be Held De-cember 4, 2025 at 7:00 Pm at the Township Building.
