The contract is for one year, awarded to the responsible contractor offering to perform the work at the lowest price. Bids must include a signed Form for Quotes, HUD Form 5369-A, Certification of Compliance with the President’s Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity Certification, Section 3 (current) Employee List, References, Statement of Qualifications, Corporate Identification, Revenue Enforcement and Protection Certification, a Non-Collusive Affidavit, and proof of OSHA 10 Certification for the successful bidder. Quotes are subject to specified wage requirements and minimum wage rates. The Authority reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all quotes if it is in the public interest.
