Renovation of a residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Satellite Village Furnace Replacement Phase III - The Project consists of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing gas fired furnaces at the Satellite Village Family Development located at 37 Apollo Dr., New Bedford, MA 02745. The Contractor will replace five existing gas-fired systems and replace them with high-efficiency furnaces to improve energy performance, system reliability, and occupant comfort. All bidding requests for information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/25/25 @ 4:00 P.M Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 44A through J to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 26 to 27H inclusive. Replacement of five (5) existing gas-fired system and replaced with high-efficiency furnaces in the following: 40 Apollo Drive, New Bedford, MA 02745 41 Venus Drive, New Bedford, MA 02745 42 Venus Drive, New Bedford, MA 02745 87 Libra Drive, New Bedford, MA 02745 90 Libra Drive, New Bedford, MA 02745 This project is a HUD project and the wage rates will be the Davis and Bacon Wage Rates.
