Renovation of a municipal facility in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide Camera Equipment Replacement (NBHA #026-2026) located on NBHA owned developments. Only Sealed bids will be accepted, at the NBHA Procurement Office above agency address until the deadline at which time and place said bids will be opened, witnessed and the results distributed via e-mail thereafter. Project Number NBHA #026-2026 Estimated Cost $65,000.00 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. In accordance with Section 3 of the HUD act of 1968, as amended, opportunity for employment and contracting to the greatest extent feasible shall be given to Section 3 eligible residents and businesses.
