Description

Renovation of a residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Project The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for cast iron or steel Bathtub Refinishing. The work consists of repairing and refinishing bathtub surfaces at the various State aided (DHCD) and Federally funded (HUD) public housing developments owned and operated by the NBHA in New Bedford, MA in accordance with the contract documents. The work under this contract shall be performed on an as needed basis. The term of the contract is for one year. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. Question Deadline 12/11/2025: Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids
