Wilks Library Boiler Replacement The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with with the Department of Facilities and Fleet Management, is soliciting sealed bids for the Wilks Library Boiler Replacement project located at 1911 Acushnet Avenue, New Bedford, MA 02745. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General certified in Mechanical. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $100,000.00.
