If there are any questions regarding the work, then please contact Tim Pavao, Brickenwood Maintenance Manager. The work in the unit is as follows: Proper abatement and disposal of Sheet Goods, Vinyl Asbestos Tiles (VAT), ALL 1/4 " plywood subfloor beneath the VAT and Mastic in; 1.) Bedroom (135 sqft) 2.) Hallway and Closet (39 sq. ft.), for a total asbestos abatement of approximately 174 square feet. Time For Completion: The work must be completed within fourteen (14) working days after date of Notice to Proceed.
