Sealed bids are requested for the Cooling Tower Basin Piping Replacement Project for the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School District. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled for the project, to the District Business Office at 1121 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745, by 10:00am on February 11, 2026. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price per specifications. The School Business Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in the best interest of the District. Bid documents will be available starting January 21, 2026, at 10:00am, and can be obtained at the Business Office or by contacting the School Business Administrator. A prebid walkthrough is scheduled for February 4, 2026, at 9:30am at the project's address. Question Deadline 02/04/2026 Interpretation of the provisions of the Contract Documents will be made by the Engineer upon written request of any bidder, provided that such request is received by the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to date of applicable bid opening
