The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide on-call, routine, and emergency electrical response and repair work for a contract term of one year. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it is in the public interest to do so. In accordance with Section 3 of the HUD act of 1968, as amended, opportunity for employment and contracting to the greatest extent feasible shall be given to Section 3 eligible residents and businesses.
