Fire and Sprinkler System Alarm Testing and Inspection Services including fire alarm systems, commercial kitchen hood fire systems, emergency and exit lighting, and fire sprinkler systems at numerous public housing property locations in the city of New Bedford, Massachusetts. The term of the contract is for three (3) year. If at the advertised time scheduled for the bid opening the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, wind or building evacuation, then the bid opening will be postponed until 10:00 a.m. on the next regularly scheduled business day. All bids will be accepted until that time and date. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. Project Number NBHA 25-124 - REBID Estimated Cost $198,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 01/30/2026 at 11:00 AM EST as per Addendum 1
