Consultant Planning and Engineering Services for: Flood Mitigation and Resiliency Planning for Sumas Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District is soliciting statements of proposal from qualified consultants for providing professional planning and associated services for a study to develop a community-based flood mitigation and resiliency plan for the City of Sumas, located in Whatcom County, as further described in the solicitation documents.
