Site work for a civil project in Blue Springs, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
Work includes reconstruction of Shawnee Mission Parkway from Interstate 35 to Rainbow Boulevard. The project consists of full-depth pavement reconstruction, new storm sewer installation, new curb and gutter, new sidewalks, new traffic signals, new street lighting, and new pavement markings. Additional work includes grading, erosion control, and landscaping. The contractor is responsible for maintaining traffic and access to adjacent properties throughout the duration of the project. Magnitude of Each Project Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Estimated Period of Performance Between 180 Calendar Days Places of Performance Jackson County, Missouri All questions must be submitted to the contract specialist identified above.
