Site work for a transportation facility in Kankakee, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The Kankakee Valley Airport Authority seeks to select an engineering consultant to provide planning and special services for an Airport Master Plan, Airport Layout Plan, and Narrative Report. Interested firms must be prequalified with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) for Airport Planning Design, Environmental Studies, and Airport Construction. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) describing their interest, related experience, client references (minimum of three), and key staff for the project. Submittals are limited to 3 pages and can be submitted in PDF format via email or in hard copy by mail or in person. The selection process will follow FAA AC 150/5100-14E (or latest edition) and the IDOT-Division of Aeronautics (DOA) consultant Engineer Selection Procedures Manual.
