The Cocke County 911 Center, Newport TN is seeking bids from responsible firms qualified to construct a 190ft self-supporting communications tower at 2838 Stone Mountain Tower Road, Newport TN 37821. The successful bidder shall furnish and erect new 190 ft Self Supporting tower with foundations, tower shall be constructed of hot dipped galvanized solid rod steel members with step bolts for climbing, and all assembly and installation hardware. Furnish and install the tower foundations including concrete, anchor bolts, and steel based on soils as defined by ANSI/TIA 222-H and Geotechnical Survey. Furnish and install tower grounding per ANSI/TIA 222-H. Furnish TN PE stamped tower and foundation drawings. Installation shall include all labor, services, materials, equipment and supplies, concrete and foundation testing and certification by 3rd party shall be included by successful bidder, and anything and everything else necessary to construct the tower and foundation including but not limited t Mobilization to site Tower foundations and certifications Tower Grounding Construction oftower Installation of Cable Ladders and Ice Bridge The Cocke County E-911 is receiving sealed bids on construction of a 190' communications tower in Newport, TN.
