Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Lexington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In lieu of posting the bond, a bidder may use a Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Letter of Credit for ten percent of the Contractors bid as bid security. When a check or letter of credit is used, the bidder shall be required topost a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Labor and Material Payment Bond, upon the signing of the contract. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right to waiver minor irregularities on any bid, and the right to accept the bid proposal which promotes the best interest of the Owner. * WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS / Project cost estimate is $40,000.00 * STREET IMPROVEMENTS / Project cost estimate is $84,000.00. * PARK IMPROVEMENTS / Project cost estimate is $129,000.00. * DRAINAGE & SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS / Project cost estimate is$1,113,700.00. Contractors must purchase copies of the documents from DLZ in order to be registered as a bidder and to submit a bid Question Deadline 11/05/2025 Prospective bidders shall submit written requests of said questions to the Engineer, at least five (5) working days before the bid opening date.
