PER-MR199/MR218/MR123 PID No. 124055 Village of New Lexington The services include preparation of construction contract plans for intersection safety improvements at State Street/Brown Street and State Street/Water Street in the Village of New Lexington in Perry County with a project length of approximately 0.3 miles. The project will consist of pavement removal, curb installation, curb ramp construction, minor drainage improvements, all-way stop control conversion and pavement marking installation. Estimated Construction Cost: $165,000.00 Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by January 2026. The plans are to be completed and on file with the Village of New Lexington within eighteen (18) months from the date of authorization. See Ellis for a more detailed initial schedule.
