Renovation to existing football facility to provide new bleachers, visitors locker room, concession stand, and restrooms. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the plan room website of the Architect upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Additional bidding requirements are described in other documents. Offers must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and may be supplemented as appropriate. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the project name, and bids in excess of $50,000.00 must be marked with the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number and a copy of the contractor's proof of Mississippi license. Electronic bid submission is accepted, and all electronic submissions must include a title page with required information. Non-resident contractors must provide documentation of their home state's treatment of non-resident contractors, or a statement if no such law exists. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
