Site work for a civil project in Gulfport, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Proposals are invited for RPR services necessary to perform the RPR services for water and sewer projects throughout Harrison County. Contract Documents, including Facility Plans and Technical Specifications, are on file at the Office of Harrison County Utility Authority, Gulfport, Mississippi. Official proposal documents can also be downloaded from www.hcua-msbids.com or www.phbidding.com. Proposals can be submitted at Harrison County Utility Authority located at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503. Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to downloading electronic files, ordering hard copies, or costs otherwise related to obtaining documents and/or submitting bids/proposals. Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Proposals will be ranked and used to contract engineering firms for the projects listed in the RFQ.
