Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morgan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 87,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Elementary School - Provide new ventilation heating and dehumidification, install geothermal wells and heat pumps for heating and cooling, replace electrical panel and upgrade electrical as required, provide and install new fire alarm, add bathrooms, complete indicated demolition, replace windows with high efficiency windows, replace and install ACT, abate identified asbestos and replace designated ceilings and floors, replace cabinetry, provide and install new bleachers, provide and install new desks and chairs per project plans and specifications provided. High School - Provide new ventilation heating and dehumidification, replace windows with high efficiency windows, replace and install ACT, upgrade lighting and electrical as required, abate asbestos and replace designated ceilings and floors, complete indicated demolition and remove fuel oil tank pursuant to project plans and specifications provided. Question Deadline 10/27/2025 Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid Meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting. Project Location: 231 E. 4th Ave., Franklin, MN 55333 and 207 Gallager St., Morgan, MN 56266 Furnishing of All Labor and Materials and All Else Necessary for the Following Work at the Cedar Mountain Schools: 1) High School Remodel Replace Roof With New Epdm Roof System. 2) Elementary School Remodel Replace Roof With New Epdm Roof System. Submit With Each Bid a Certified Check or Acceptable Bidder's Bond Payable to Cedar Mountain Schools- District 2754 in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Within Thirty (30) Days After the Scheduled Time of the Bid Opening Without the Consent of the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid or to Reject Any or All Bids, or Parts of Such Bids, and Waive Informalities or Irregularities in Bidding. The Owner Requires Substantial Completion of the Project on or Before September 1, 2026.
