Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Morgan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 5, 2024 project was awarded to Magney Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $4,108,023.62. The Project includes the following Work: A. Remove equipment from and repair existing water treatment facility and sealing of old well(s). Remove all equipment and piping, and repair wall penetrations. Seal wells after the new system is operational. B. Construction of water treatment plant building. C. Installation of filter, chemical feed equipment, piping, pumps, and associated equipment. D. New masonry building with electrical and HVAC. E. New generator and electrical control equipment. F. Installation of backwash holding tank. G. Installation of emergency generator. H. Two new municipal supply wells with pitless units, valves, and hydrants. I. Water tower paining rehab and valve replacement. This includes interior wet coating repair, and spot repair with an exterior overcoat. J. Site piping, grading, and site work.
