2026 Cedar Mountain Renovations Project Location: 231 E. 4th Ave., Franklin, MN and 207 Gallager St., Morgan, MN 56266 One contract will be issued for the completion of BOTH Cedar Mountain School renovations. Both schools' renovations require installation of new ventilation, heating and dehumidification as well as replacing windows with high efficiency windows, replacement of designated floors and ceilings. As well as asbestos abatement. The High School remodel includes improvements including upgrades to lighting, asbestos abatement, and ceiling and floor replacement. The Elementary School remodel includes work such as installation of geothermal wells and corresponding heat pumps for heating and cooling, replacement of electrical panel and installation of a new fire alarm system. The Elementary School will also require the installment of new bleachers and new desks and chairs. The owner requires substantial completion of the project on or before September 1, 2026. All additions/remodels shall be completed per project plans and specifications provided. 1) High School Remodel - Provide new ventilation heating and dehumidification, replace windows with high efficiency windows, upgrade lighting, abate asbestos and replace designated ceilings and floors, complete indicated demolition and remove fuel oil tank pursuant to project plans and specifications provided. 2) Elementary School Remodel - Provide new ventilation heating and dehumidification, install geothermal wells and heat pumps for heating and cooling, replace electrical panel, provide and install new fire alarm, add bathrooms, complete indicated demolition, replace windows with high efficiency windows, abate asbestos and replace designated ceilings and floors, replace cabinetry, provide and install new bleachers, provide and install new desks and chairs, and add bathrooms per project plans and specifications provided.
