Macon-Bibb County (the Owner) is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the courthouse renovations. The intent of this project is to improve building security and the interior of the courthouse which will update the building in terms of efficiency and appearance. It is anticipated the project will involve three (3) phases for completion.
