Escambia County is seeking bids for the demolition and construction of a single-family home at 127 Robinson Street, in accordance with attached plans and written specifications. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Florida as Certified or Registered General Contractors, Building Contractors, or Residential Contractors, and be in good standing with Escambia County. All work must be inspected, conform to County Ordinances, State Laws, and the Florida Building Code. Permits, overhead, insurance, and profit must be included in each itemized price and not listed separately. All permits must be paid for and obtained by the contractor.
