The work consists of the reconstruction of Florence Place (600 ft length of existing roadway), including full depth roadway, curb, sidewalk, curb ramp, and driveway apron reconstruction, the removal and replacements of all street trees, and repairs and upgrades to the existing sanitary and storm sewer structure within the limits of the roadway, all in accordance with the form of proposal, contract, and specifications prepared by Bright View Engineering. Bidders must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the bidder's name, address, and project name. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than 10% of the amount of bid, but not less than $500 and not more than $20,000, along with a Consent of Surety for a 100% performance bond.
