Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Commerce City, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project improves E 88th Ave from I-76 to Highway 2 and Rosemary Street from E 86th to E 88th. The project design is complete and there is sufficient funding for ROW acquisition and Phase 1 (western end). The City has applied for grant funding. This request would fund construction of Phases 2 (2025 request) and 3 (2026 request) in the absence of a successful grant award. As of October 17, 2025, this project is include in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Further information regarding a design firm has not been established. Funding for construction is allotted for FY 206-2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
