Site work for a civil project in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of November 21, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 24,2025.** The City will not consider bids received after that time and date. This project consists of construction of a submersible lift station to convey combined sewer overflows to the City's existing wastewater treatment plant outfall to Guedes Channel. This project includes an Apprentice Utilization Requirement. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required QA date - 10-24-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to OWNER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by OWNER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda via the Builders Exchange web site for the Project. Requests for such interpretation shall be submitted in writing via email and to be given consideration shall be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for opening of proposals.
