Site work for a communication facility in Dayton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.

The Port of Columbia is seeking proposals for fiber design work for its Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) funded project, which involves the construction of the Starbuck & E911 Broadband Project. This is a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) project located in and around the Town of Starbuck, as well as an extension of the Dayton FTTH Project to the Thorn Tower communications hub on Crall Hollow Road. Proposals must be written and address each of the elements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Submittals should be mailed or emailed to the provided address, and faxed submissions are not accepted. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive irregularities; the terms of the final contract will be established by negotiation, and negotiations may be terminated for any reason. Applicants must demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly, and timely carry out all obligations described in the RFP. Small, minority, and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The project is funded or partially funded through the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board and with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury ARPA Capital Project Funds.
