Renovation of a stadium in Dayton, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Columbia County is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Preliminary Engineering Design for the Renovation of the East Grandstand at the Columbia County Fairgrounds. The existing wooden grandstands need renovation in a manner that preserves the existing architectural design while upgrading the structure to meet current design and ADA standards. Consultant services will include structural design, geotechnical engineering, environmental analysis and permitting (including SEPA, Cultural Resources, etc.), and final PS&E preparation. Columbia County reserves the right to retain the firm(s) for additional or subsequent project phases such as construction engineering, construction, surveying, and materials testing. Submittals will be evaluated based on firm experience, project team experience, project approach, project schedule, and past performances/references. Submittals should include firm name, phone, fax, names of principal-in-charge and project manager, and number of employees proposed for the project. Submit three copies of the Statement of Qualifications as instructed.
