Columbia County Public Works is seeking consulting firms with expertise in Roadway Design, Structural Design, Environmental Engineering, Material Testing, Construction Inspection, Construction Management, and Land Surveying for various spot improvement projects and other public works projects throughout the county involving local, state, and federal funding. Annual contracts may be awarded for Materials Testing and Surveying services. Submittals should include firm name, phone and fax number; name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; number of employees in each firm; and a completed submittal Information Form as per Appendix 31.94 of the WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: Key personnel, firm experience, ability to meet schedule, past performance/references, in-house expertise, familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA standards, and ability to provide M/WBE participation. Double rating will be given to firm experience. Responses will be accepted throughout the entire year. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond.
