Site work for a communication facility in Dayton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Sealed bids are requested for construction of the Port of Columbia's Starbuck fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and Crall Hollow Tower Extension Broadband Project. All work performed on this project is subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. Contractors must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bids must include a five percent (5%) bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bond. Bids may be submitted in person or by mail to the Port of Columbia Office until the specified deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. A full list of reasons for bid rejection is included in the bid package. Copies of bid packets and information may be obtained from the Port's website or by email.
