Elevated Storage Tank And Generators Project Bids are invited for the following items and quantities of work: 1) 100,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank, Foundation and Appurtenant Items (Standpipe Alternative); 2) Two (2) 60 kW Generators and Appurtenant Items; 3) One (1) 125 kW Generator and Appurtenant Items. Bid Documents and Construction Drawings may be viewed and downloaded at www.civcastusa.com after registering, and can also be viewed at Lynn Engineering or at the Judge's Office in Sinton, TX. Bidders must submit questions at least seven days prior to bid opening via the Q&A portal on www.civcastusa.com. Addenda will be posted on the same site. Each bid must include a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid from an acceptable surety for contracts exceeding $100,000, or a certified check, bank draft, or U.S. Government Bonds in lieu of a bid bond. Contractors must pay not less than federally determined prevailing wage rates as set by the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs. Successful bidders must ensure non-discrimination in employment practices. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered and not suspended or debarred on SAM.gov before award.
