Scope of Work includes: 1. Approximately 120'x68' concrete slab foundation for wastewater treatment facility. 2. Approximately 30' deep 8' diameter lift station wet well. 3. Generator with 25'-10” x 13'-6” pad. 4. Approximately 210 linear feet of 1-inch and 290 linear feet of 1.5-inch water line and all appurtenances. 5. Approximately 533 linear feet of 8-inch, 50 linear feet of 4-inch, and 10 linear feet of 3-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 6. Approximately 1158 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer force main and all appurtenances. 7. Approximately 2115 square yards of 10-inch granular Type A base course. 8. Approximately 1962 square yards of 2-inch Type D HMAC with Prime Coat. 9. Electrical/communication wire and appurtenances. 10. General fence, driveway, and site improvements.
