San Patricio County is requesting qualifications for Engineering, Architectural, and Environmental Services for the County's Parks. These services are being solicited to assist the County with Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act (GOMESA) funds. Proposals must be clearly marked "RFQ2025-004 PARKS PLAN." The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
