The Project includes the completion of CIPP lining of approximately 3,285 linear feet of 8-inch diameter and 785 linear feet of 10-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, the reinstatement of 50 laterals, rehabilitation of 13 sanitary sewer manholes, replacement of approximately 183 linear feet of 8-inch diameter and 273 linear feet of 10-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, reconnection of approximately 5 sanitary sewer laterals, 6 reconnections to existing manholes, abandoning 4 exterior manhole drops, installing 5 interior manhole drops, surface restoration, and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% must be furnished with the bid. All questions are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; telephone inquiries are unacceptable. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations, submit a non-collusion affidavit, and comply with environmental and prevailing wage regulations.
