The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents. The general items of work include excavation and/or cold milling of existing AC Pavement, removing AC Pavement, reconstruction of AC Pavement, reconstruction of alley intersections, concrete pads, curb and gutter, striping and marking, and all items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications. The bidder is required to submit any Requests for Information (RFIs) via email to Douglas Benash, City Engineer, at dbenash@bowman.com, with a copy to pwinspector@bellgardens.org and biniguez@bellgardens.org. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. The prime contractor must post job site notices as prescribed by regulation.
