Renovation of an industrial development in Reed City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.

Base Bid: Roof recovery at existing low slope PVC roof assembly (Sections A & B) with new recovery insulation and EPDM membrane, including all associated flashings. Includes removal and replacement of primary roof drains. Add Alternate #1: Roof recovery at existing low slope PVC roof assembly (Section C) with new recovery insulation and EPDM membrane, including all associated flashings. Add Alternate #2: Removal and replacement of shingled roof (Section D), including all associated flashings, soffit & trim, and installation of new gutter & downspout. Add Alternate #3: Removal of existing BUR (Sections E & F) and installation of new EPDM membrane roof including all associated flashings. Application of new liquid applied roof coating at existing metal roof (Section G). All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and bid attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS, with a maximum of two (2) attachments (both being less than 25 MB). One attachment is to be bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.) and if applicable, the other is Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information (DD214, Proof of 51% Ownership and Proof of Service-Connected Disability). SIGMA VSS will not allow submission after the 2:00 p.m. solicitation deadline even if a portion has been uploaded. Contact the SIGMA Help Desk for electronic submission issues prior to the deadline.
