Site work for a water / sewer project in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water tank for rehabilitation.
Low pressure water clean (3,500 to 5,000 psi) the roof. Apply a two (2) coat waterborne acrylate system to the roof. Note that coating is to include the face of the tension ring located at the top of the sidewall/edge of the roof. The exposed sidewall manway is to be completely spot power tool cleaned to a SSPC-SP11 and coated with a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Tank Information: The structure is a 10,000,000-gallon concrete reservoir water storage tank with an estimated diameter of 129.5 ft. and an estimated sidewall height of 34 ft. 2 in. located at 5591 Gezon Court SW in Wyoming, Michigan. Bids are requested for the 10,000,000 gallon concrete reservoir (GEZON #3) exterior roof overcoat and miscellaneous repairs. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly marked for the specified project. Directions for obtaining bid specifications and the bid proposal form are available online. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and award the bid in the best interest of the City.
