The City of Wyoming, Michigan (City) is requesting bids/proposals for the items, services, or project generally referred to as: Generator Assessment as more particularly described and detailed in the plans and specifications attached to this Request for Bids/Proposals (the "Work"). Bid date note: Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring delivery by the required date and time. Any bid/proposal, even if in route by U.S. Mail or by courier service or if held by the U.S. Postal Service or a courier for pick-up by City staff, that is received in the Clerk's Office after the required date and time, will not be opened and will be returned to the bidder/proponent. Bids/proposals will not be accepted by e-mail or other electronic delivery. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids/proposals, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid/proposal requirements may be directed via e-mail to Troy.Rinks@wyomingmi.gov. No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 4 days before the due date for bids. Questions will not be answered by phone or in other oral communication. Pre-bid Notes: Pre-bid meetings will be held but attendance is not required. Attendance is strongly recommended since each location is locked and inaccessible to the general public.
