The work includes: earthwork, underground utilities, paving, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, fireproofing, doors, frames & hardware, overhead doors, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, resilient and tile flooring, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, lockers, aluminum walkway covers, flagpoles, casework, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
