Renovation of a medical facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Proposals from qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing fire pump and controller system at the main campus. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Municipal Meeting 01/16/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Anticipated date to post Notice of Intent to Award on the Halifax Health Procurement Portal The scope of work will include removal of the fire pump, diesel fire pump engine, fire pump controller, jockey pump, jockey pump controller, and fuel tank, and replacement with an electric fire pump system as per engineered drawings. Additional tasks include providing a temporary diesel pump during the transition and patch painting walls and floors to match existing conditions. The contractor shall provide a turnkey, all-inclusive scope of work in their bid proposal to include but not limited to the following: o Coordinate scope of work with HH Facilities and Engineering Team. o Furnish labor, supervision, materials, and tools to complete scope of work. o Remove existing fire pump system components and install new electric fire pump system per engineered drawings. o Provide and maintain a temporary diesel pump during installation. o Install and connect all required piping, valves, and electrical components. o Patch and paint walls and floors to match existing conditions. o Ensure proper testing and commissioning of the new fire pump system.
