Install two walls to create new office space (both approximately 10ft). Install new door and hardware to match existing. Replace door in front office area (solid door) . Four new electrical outlets inside of office and two on the outside; two outlets in kitchen for refrigerator and microwave. Rearrange lighting as needed for new space. Replace carpeting to match other Neighbourhoods suite and install new transitions as needed (satin finish). Patch and paint all walls and two 10ft accent walls. Install cove base. Neighbourhoods signage on one of the accent walls Frost all windows to match existing. Window shades in front office to match existing front office with blinds - only frost to 4ft 6inches. Move fire extinguisher to another wall. City to provide apartment refrigerator and microwave Clear corner guards install throughout suite. Replace ceiling tile as needed See As-Builts for Additional Information Proposals will only be accepted from Contractors. Miscellaneous - 1. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment to complete the scope of work for this bid. - 2. Contractor shall be held responsible for any damage or abuse caused by the negligence of his/her employees. Contractor is responsible for proper use of the building and equipment. - 3. All measurements and quantities are the responsibility of the contractor. - 4. The contractor is responsible for following all safety requirements of the City of Columbus Construction and Materials Specifications. - 5. Contractor will give a one-year workmanship guarantee on all work. - 6. Contractor is responsible to keep area(s) clean of debris and are responsible for removal of all debris and excess materials on a daily basis.
