Provide a new ADA vertical lift in the gymnasium. Removal of the chair lift is part of the work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry assemblies, metal fabrications, steel handrails, miscellaneous carpentry, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, finish hardware, painting, vertical lift, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as clean-up and removal of construction debris. Proposals will be received at the Calloway County Schools Board of Education. One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors upon deposit. All mailing charges, if required, are to be arranged in advance and paid directly to the distributing company.
